hi, i’m victoria!
My goal in life is simple: to live well and help others do the same.
Motherhood is beautiful, exhausting, and all-consuming. So much of it revolves around caring for others—feeding, nurturing, educating, and keeping tiny humans alive. Somewhere in the mix, your own needs start coming in second (or third… or fourth).
I’ve been there.
Motherhood changed me completely. It made me take a hard look at who I was and what I needed to feel like myself again. Navigating my own wellness through two postpartum experiences was nothing short of eye-opening.
That experience led me to study the impact of nutrition, movement, and mindset on overall well-being. In 2022, I earned my Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and Aldo Wellness was created.
Aldo Wellness exists to offer community, relief, and whole-body healing for moms from all walks of life. I know firsthand the overwhelm, identity shifts, and exhaustion that come with motherhood. If you’ve ever found yourself wondering:
❓ “Is this my life now?”
❓ “Will I ever feel normal again?”
❓ “What do I even like anymore?”
❓ “Will I ever feel sexy again… or rested, or fun, or happy?”
I see you. I’ve been you. And I can help.
Together, we’ll build a wellness plan that aligns with your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. We’ll work through your schedule, tackle obstacles, manage stress, and create sustainable habits that feel good—not forced. You’ll learn to listen to your body, advocate for yourself, and build a version of motherhood that includes you.
Because you deserve to feel strong, balanced, and truly well.
FAQs
what is your couching style?
Firm but encouraging. I want to know the most I can about you so that we can create a path forward that is completely tailored to where you are right now. You are busy caring for everyone else. Let me take care of you. We will find a plan that is realistic, but I will also push you to try things you may not have considered. And I will cheer for you, even when your confidence is at zero.
do i really have to take supplements?
No. Not at all. I firmly believe we can get most of what we need from food. However, supplementing your nutrition can be useful when there are parts of your diet that are lagging behind. Particularly in postpartum mothers that are trying to encourage healthy milk production or get their hormones back on track, a supplement regimen can be helpful. Some supplements can be harmful to the body when taken for prolonged periods, which we will discuss.
do i have to diet?
I do not believe in diets. I believe in nutrition and I whole-heartedly believe that you can either heal or harm your body with food. In getting to know your body, we may suggest eliminating certain foods to see how your body reacts. Ultimately, we will try and encourage what types of food, what quantity of foods and how and when you eat it are going to work best for your body. Eating should be enjoyable, so the goal is to find a healthy balance between nutrition and indulgence.
what if i don’t like working out?
I understand. Like your eating habits, we will find a plan for moving your body that suits you (and your ever changing schedule). We can get ourselves into a lot of trouble when we become sedentary. Creating a plan that is tailored to you means starting where you are. If today is zero, then we start at zero. The goal is not to make you into a bodybuilder (unless you’re into that sort of thing!) It’s to encourage movement, which ultimately helps so many other aspects of our life.
how are you qualified?
Great question. I am not a doctor. Or a therapist. I cannot prescribe you medicine or order labs. I am not qualified to tell you how to live your life. I am, however, qualified through my education and my experience as a mother to guide you to solutions that work for you. I believe that our health care system can be extremely helpful, however, it can also be very lacking. My approach allows me to know the most about you so that I can advise you more thoroughly - contrary to what we typically get from a ten minute appointment with our primary care providers.
